Tim Harvey

In a parallel world, Tim Harvey is the front man of Hot Little Hands, one of those incredibly cool Melbourne underground bands who are soon to reveal exactly “how it’s done”. Clare and Tim first met back in high school; Clare remembers him as the beautiful freak who spent every lunch time in the music room, waiting for puberty to hit. Clare and Tim lost touch after high school but were reunited one night when Clare saw him play a gig at Revolver in Chapel St (this was prior to her releasing Autumn Bone) She was so taken aback by his songs that she said to him, “Hey Tim, if you ever start a band and need a backing singer or anything…” By some strange twist of fate, he ended up joining Clare’s band first, replacing J. Walker, who’d moved to the country. Tim shares Hot Little Hands with his brother James, his sister China, and their sort of cousins Raff and Royce.
